Revolution for Kittens/Puppies, available in a pink pack, is specially formulated for dogs six weeks and older and cats eight weeks and older. This monthly topical solution kills adult fleas and prevents flea eggs from hatching, providing comprehensive flea control. It also prevents heartworm disease caused by Dirofilaria immitis and treats and controls ear mite infestations (Otodectes cynotis). In dogs and puppies, it treats sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei) and controls tick infestations (Dermacentor variabilis). For cats and kittens, it also treats and controls roundworm (Toxocara cati) and hookworm (Ancylostoma tubaeforme) infections.
Revolution works by applying the active ingredient, selamectin, directly onto the skin, where it quickly enters the bloodstream. It kills adult fleas within 36 hours and prevents flea eggs from hatching. It also protects against heartworm disease by eliminating the larvae before they mature. Additionally, Revolution treats and controls ear mites, sarcoptic mange, and certain intestinal parasites, ensuring comprehensive protection for cats and dogs.
