Selehold for Dogs is a generic version to Revolution. It is a spot-on treatment that should be applied monthly to protect your dogs from flea adults, flea larvae, flea eggs, ticks, ear mites and biting lice. Selehold is also effective against intestinal worms like roundworms and can be used to prevent heartworms and sarcoptic mange.

Selehold is safe to use on dogs and puppies older than 6 weeks of age as well as for breeding, pregnant or lactating dogs.

Selehold contains selamectin as its key ingredient. Selemectin enters the blood stream through the dog’s skin to prevent heartworm and roundworm infection. On the other hand, this active ingredient redistributes itself on the dog’s skin to fight against external parasites like fleas and mites.

The key ingredient of Selehold, selamectin, paralyzes and/or kills internal and external parasites by disrupting their neurotransmission causing paralysis and/or the death of the parasites.
